In order to raise the governmental funds a city needs to take care of their homeless, a city first needs to know how many homeless people they are serving. Join the Jackson community as we take to the streets in the early hours of Wednesday, January 29th for the annual PIT (Point-In-Time) Count. We’ll meet at 1208 Greenwood Church at 5:30am for instructions and then break into groups around 6am to cover different routes throughout Jackson. The more who join us in this endeavor, the more of a chance we have to find those in need! Join us for this important effort and eye-opening experience.
